Any special conditions for a group booking or individually agreed arrangement must be provided and agreed before the booking is confirmed. Conditions specific to an agreed booking take priority over general website wording if they differ, subject to your legal rights.
If you book through another booking website or travel agent, check the conditions supplied through that service, including how to request changes or cancellations.
These website terms do not introduce additional cancellation fees or change an existing booking’s agreed conditions.
